The Oklahoma Centennial Peace Officer Badge
The badge has a silver halo ring with the title “Peace Officer” and “Oklahoma” printed in black with an inner gold tone 6-pointed star, replica of an original Indian Territory star. The center of the star has a gold copy of the Oklahoma State Seal with “1907-2007” above it and “Centennial” below it in black lettering . The badge is approximately 2 ¾ inches in diameter.
The badge is finished and I am taking the first orders now. The final cost will be $40 per badge. Only law enforcement officers, either current or retired, may order. Please send copy of your law enforcement credentials with order form. If you are ordering for a department, if you could get one person to coordinate the orders so things don't get duplicated that would be great.
It is hoped that all law enforcement agencies in Oklahoma will allow their officers to wear these badges this year as we celebrate our states centennial. Part of the proceeds from all badge sales will go to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Memorial Building Fund.
Also available is a miniature of the badge lapel pin for $3 each or 2 for $5.
Boxed sets which include a Centennial Badge, a replica territorial style badge, a wooden box with a glass top and drawer and one lapel pin are available for $ 85 each.
Thank you for your interest and if you have any questions please contact me at rwasoski1@cox.net or call (405) 850-6330, leave a message and your call will be returned. Orders are taking 6-8 weeks to fill due to the high demand.
